The policies outlined on this page are intended for general informational purposes and are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of Herculean Strategies Group DBA Herculean Fitness Training. While we strive to provide transparent and fair policies, we reserve the right to assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

By purchasing services through this website or in person, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. Your use of our services implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Refund Policy 

Effective Date: 1/1/2025

At Herculean Strategies Group DBA Herculean Fitness Training, we are committed to delivering high-quality training, coaching, and support. Your satisfaction and commitment are important to us. Because our services are time-based, personalized, and capacity-limited, our refund policy is as follows:

🔹 Personal Training Sessions (In-Person or Virtual)

  • All sessions must be paid in advance.

  • No refunds will be issued for completed or missed sessions.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule without penalty. Late cancellations may result in a forfeit of that session.

  • In cases of emergency or illness, accommodations may be made at the discretion of the trainer.

🔹 Training Packages & Plans

  • Packages (e.g., 4-, 8-, or 12-session packs) are non-refundable once the first session has been completed.

  • Unused sessions may be transferred to another client or credited toward a different service (virtual coaching, hybrid plan, etc.) upon request, but only before package expiration.

  • Packages expire 90 days from the purchase date unless otherwise stated in writing.

🔹 Monthly Coaching / Subscription Plans

  • Subscription-based plans (e.g., virtual or hybrid monthly coaching) are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.

  • No partial refunds will be given for unused portions of the current month.

  • To cancel, email [Insert Email Address] at least 3 business days prior to the next billing date.

🔹 Special Circumstances

Refunds or credits may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Medical issue with a doctor’s note

  • Deployment or relocation

  • Program cancellation initiated by Herculean Strategies Group

All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of the business owner and may require documentation.
